Etowah Land Partners is a real estate development firm developing Etowah Shoals along the Etowah River. Etowah Shoals Village is a proposed “destination” mixed-use multi-generational village to include 1400 single family and residential units and 32 acres of a neighborhood commercial center. There is a unique opportunity to create a vibrant community that steps back in time and preserves the rich history of Canton, Georgia as Indian Country during the 1st 100 years of Georgia’s history, and later as a world renown manufacturing mill for denim. She began her career developing the first mixed-use high-rise in midtown, Virginia Hill. In the early 90’s she worked with Trammel Crow to develop Town Lake in Woodstock, Georgia, and with the leading national home builders as marketing director for the top real estate new home sales firm in Atlanta, Morris & Raper. She founded Covenant Advantage Realty Team in 2000 and has developed retail and office centers, and been involved in large land acquisition and zoning projects.

He is currently the the founding partner in JBJ Properties and Rise Construction, Dixie Poured Walls, and Southern Lifts. He also is the managing partner of Northshore Crane & Equipment. He graduated from college in 1986 with an electrical engineering degree, and has over 30 years experience in the elevator and lifts field. He is a successful developer and builder, having recently completed a 100 home community Heritage Woods in Ballground and is currently building Mountain Creek, a 200 home community, with homes from the $350's.
